OVAL PUBLIC SKATING COVID-19 NOTICE

Please be aware there is risk of participating in any activity during the pandemic. We have worked hard to provide as safe as an environment as possible, but 100% mitigation cannot be guaranteed for any activity. Please review our PUBLIC SKATING RULES & REGULATIONS prior to participating in public skating at the OVAL. 

Please refrain from visiting our facility or attending events if feel sick. All patrons are highly encouraged to wear a mask while inside city facilities. 

OVAL PUBLIC SKATING RULES & REGULATIONS

TICKET INFORMATION:

  • Tickets are required for all outdoor OVAL public skating sessions
  • Tickets are available to be purchased in advanced ONLINE or WALK-INS welcome 
  • ONLINE TICKET INFORMATION:
    • Online tickets will be released each Wednesday by 5pm for the following week's sessions
    • Limited to no more than 10 tickets per transaction 
    • Separate transactions required for separate public skating sessions (if purchasing multiple day session, do separate transactions)
    • All online purchases are final, unless the OVAL closes do to inclement weather 
    • Confirmation emails should be shown to ticket window- ticket booth will open 30 minutes prior to scheduled session
  • Skate rentals are available to be purchased online OR in person at the ticket window- sizes are limited and are first-come, first served
  • Skaters can utilize outdoor "stands" area or indoor lobby for putting skates on/off

On Ice Rules & Regulations: 

  • Skaters utilizing the track to skate counter clockwise
  • ABSOLUTELY NO sticks or pucks on the OVAL track- only be used in the infield rink areas
  • ABSOLUTELY NO high sticks or raising the puck
  • No "snakes" or "whipping lines" allowed

Do not attend if you are experiencing symptoms, awaiting a test result or have been exposed to someone that has been showing symptoms of COVID-19.
